Installation Steps

1. Visit https://soundbase.app/pro/download to download the latest version.
2. After the download completes, run the installer for Windows or move the package to your Applications folder for Mac.
3. Launch SoundBase Pro and sign in to start using the application.

Troubleshooting

Logs

The logs are stored in a data directory and are called “console.log”. If you have more than one file in there, it will have the date appended to it. Select the latest date to view the current logs.

The data directory is in the hidden “Library>Preferences>SoundBasePro” folder on Mac, and in the “AppData/SoundBasePro” folder on Windows.
