SoundBase Pro requires ports 8427 and 2202 to function properly. If your computer has a firewall, you need to grant access to SoundBase Pro.

To configure the ports:

:step1: Log in as an administrator to gain full access to your firewall settings.

:step1: Alternatively, contact your IT administrator for help.

:step1: For third-party firewall software, refer to the manufacturer's instructions for granting access to each instance of the application (there may be more than one instance).

If you receive an alert pop-up that blocks SoundBase Pro, check the boxes to allow access for all networks (Domain Networks, Private Networks, and Public Networks).
